Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerformance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
\n\tIssue Resolution: Investigate and diagnose system and performance related issues reported by business users or the development team and work on implementing solutions to enhance system performance.
\n\tPerformance Testing: Collaborate with the development team to conduct performance testing and benchmarking to proactively identify and address performance issues before they impact users.
\n\tUser Support: Assist business users in understanding and optimizing their use of applications and systems to improve performance.
\n\tPerformance Reporting: Generate reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and improvements to share with stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.
\n\tCollaboration: Work closely with the development team to provide insights into system and performance-related challenges and collaborate on solutions.
\n\tBest Practices: Promote best practices for system usage, configuration, and optimization among business users.
\n\tDocumentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system performance, troubleshooting procedures, and optimization guidelines.
\n\tTraining: Conduct training sessions for business users and provide guidance on improving system performance.
\n\tEmergency Response: Be available for immediate response to critical performance issues and provide guidance on mitigating their impact.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications and experiance :<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Information Technology\/ Business and.or Engineering<\/p>\n
Experiance :<\/p>\n
\t1-2 Years as First Line Query Support
\n\tExperiance in Supporting Software\u00a0
\n\tExperiance in Banking or Remittance<\/p>\n
