You will also be responsible for improving customer experience by addressing customer pain points and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOU DO?<\/p>\n<p>Growing the Group Partnership Development Business Lives, Handling and Resolving Service-Related Queries:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide a value proposition to the employers to enable the transfer and move to RMA.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand the RMA products and promote RMA products and generate leads for Group Partnership Development.<br \/>\n\tProvide first line product, process and technical support to customers.<br \/>\n\tIdentify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing engagements with customers by explaining product benefits to potential customers<br \/>\n\tFollow up on leads and referrals as received from customer engagement<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to TCF principles and report any transgressions<br \/>\n\tParticipate in ad hoc assignments as per role requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bLiaising and Maintaining Good Relationships with all the Employers:<\/p>\n<p>\tFollow up on customer by engaging with the relevant stakeholders to identify whether all issues have been resolved.<br \/>\n\tSet up continuous sessions with the client to build relationship but more importantly to ensure that RMA is providing the right service<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bAddress Customer Service and Satisfaction Issues Promptly:<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct customer satisfaction surveys, identify and close any gaps identified<br \/>\n\tAddress customer service and satisfaction issues promptly.<br \/>\n\tConduct a root cause analysis of customer pain points\/service failures by analysing trends and identifying areas of improvement.<br \/>\n\tEnsure customers always receive professional communication regardless of the channel used<br \/>\n\tIdentify areas of improvement on the system to ensure timeous communication with customers<br \/>\n\tConduct customer satisfaction surveys, capture information received from surveys and share relevant feedback with sales for action<br \/>\n\tAssist in projects aimed at transforming customer experience<br \/>\n\tEnsure customer contact details are updated on the system<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bIdentify Training Requirements and Organise with the Stakeholder Training Officers:<\/p>\n<p>\tProviding first line product, process and technical support to customers:<br \/>\n\tProvide a service to clients, including support on the Return of Earnings, manage and report on the RMA processes including Renewal process, claims process, to ensure customer service and satisfaction, productivity and cost control in comparison with set targets.<br \/>\n\tAct as an intermediary by coordinating various RMA service teams, including training, claims and any other related services for the benefit of the employers\/members.<br \/>\n\tManage the office honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all company policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely submission of various periodical reports, highlights of the previous month\u2019s reports.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate effectively with other departments and management, by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?<\/p>\n<p>\tNQF Level 6: Diploma in Insurance or a related field<br \/>\n\tLong-Term Insurance or Medical Insurance experience<br \/>\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in insurance sales, service, claims environment.\u00a0 insurance environment would be preferable<br \/>\n\tExperience in selling and growing business, sales and generation of leads<br \/>\n\tExperience in managing customer relationships<br \/>\n\tExperience in handling customer complaints<br \/>\n\tExperience administering customer and service satisfaction surveys<br \/>\n\tSound knowledge of COID and Life Insurance Products<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of insurance value chain<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of industry regulations, e.g. POPI, COIDA, TCF, etc.<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of the customer experience value chain<br \/>\n\tComputer Literate: Particularly experience using excel spreadsheets<br \/>\n\tGood presentation skills and ability to interact with middle and senior management<br \/>\n\tData interpretation and report writing<br \/>\n\tMust be able to travel for business related matters.<br \/>\n\tCustomer service attitude<br \/>\n\tStrong selling abilities<br \/>\n\tMultilingual<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website (  ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Rand Mutual -
