Order Taking<\/p>\n
\tAccurately record food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
\n\tCommunicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
\n\tEnsure that orders are prepared and served correctly.<\/p>\n
Food and Beverage Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tHave a good understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
\n\tProvide detailed descriptions and recommendations to guests.<\/p>\n
Upselling<\/p>\n
