Job description
\nKey roles and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManaging own set of set of accounts
\n\tCollections calls
\n\tCompiling of detailed monthly reconciliation\/s.
\n\tQuery investigations and resolutions – written and telephonic
\n\tCredit note and re invoicing preparation as part of query resolution.
\n\tDiscount calculations
\n\tPre-legal collections
\n\tPreparation of reports and stat\u2019s
\n\tAdhoc projects<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements
\nQualifications, experience and competencies<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of Matric.
\n\tComputer literacy: MS-Office Suite (experience with Advance Excel essential).
\n\tMinimum of 3 years credit control experience or a completed B.Com degree (Finance specialisation).
\n\tExposure to high volume Consumer \/ Business accounts.
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
\n\tA self-starter.
\n\tInitiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure.
\n\tKnowledge of contracts and disputes.
\n\tKnowledge of credit vetting will be an added advantage.
\n\tSuccessfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.
