Job Description<\/p>\n
\tTo provide administrative and executional support to the Marketing team by ensuring digital platforms (website, App, and social media channels) are always up to date, campaign assets are correctly delivered, and processes (like purchase orders and designer briefs) run smoothly. This role is a key enabler, ensuring that the Digital & Social Media Specialist and Brand Marketing Manager are supported in the seamless rollout of campaigns.<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing Support Coordinator Job Duties:<\/p>\n
\tProvide first-line support in managing social media comments and queries
\n\tEscalate sensitive or unresolved issues to the Specialist or Manager
\n\tEnsure all content is current and correctly displayed.
\n\tManage website\/App content in partnership with the Digital & Social Media Specialist.
\n\tUpload and maintain campaign assets, trailers, and banners timeously.
\n\tTrack and coordinate all required assets for upcoming campaigns.
\n\tLiaise with studios and internal teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
\n\tBrief designers and follow through on creative requirements.
\n\tSupport with uploading social media cover images and campaign visuals.
\n\tAssist with raising purchase orders for paid campaigns.
\n\tTrack what\u2019s in the pipeline for paid marketing activity to ensure smooth execution.
\n\tMaintain organised content and asset libraries.
\n\tAssist with internal communication of campaign rollouts.
\n\tProvide ad-hoc admin support for the Marketing team (meetings, trackers, etc.).<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Certificate in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communication (or studying towards one<\/p>\n
Experience and Knowledge of:<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in social media \/ digital marketing (internships count)
\n\tFamiliarity with CMS tools and digital platforms an advantage
\n\tFamiliarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tDetail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
\n\tCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
\n\tPassion for movies and entertainment a plus.<\/p>\n
Systems:<\/p>\n
\tMS Office (Basic)
\n\tKnowledge of at least one CMS tool (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Expression Engine, etc.)
\n\tKnowledge of social media platforms for business (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
\n\tDigital Media campaign management (e.g. Search, AdWords, Display)
\n\tGoogle Analytics
