\tWe are seeking a forward-thinking individual who is focussed on ensuring Organisational Design, Talent and Succession objectives of TSAM are effected through Strategic change management initiatives which aim to implement frameworks and consult across the HR and Training landscape to ensure a fit for purpose organisation with a sustainable Talent Pipeline.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrive the identification and development of high-potential talent to ensure robust succession pipelines for critical roles across the organization.\u00a0
\n\tProvide strategic guidance and support to the HR executive team to support executive decision-making and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate job analysis and evaluations to ensure internal equity, role clarity, and alignment with organizational grading structures.\u00a0
\n\tProvide expert HR support on cross-functional initiatives and urgent projects, contributing to effective planning, execution, and change management.\u00a0
\n\tReview and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and elevate employee experience.\u00a0
\n\tDrive specialized frameworks which aim to address corporate strategies focusing on:\u00a0
\n\tPromoting diversity, equity, and inclusion\u00a0
\n\tSuccession planning and talent cultivation\u00a0
\n\tPerformance management process\u00a0
\n\tIndividual development plans\u00a0
\n\t\u00a0Assist in organizational design initiatives to optimize structure and enhance operational effectiveness.\u00a0
\n\tContribute to departmental restructuring efforts aimed at improving efficiency and aligning functions with strategic business objectives.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain TSAM governance relating to movements, rotations, promotions, and other talent actions.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop visual presentations and strategic proposals to support data-driven decision-making.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless execution of personnel changes within HR systems.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor, report, and analyze trends and metrics related to executive movements to inform ongoing talent strategies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6 qualification (360 credits) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.\u00a0
\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in Organisational Development & Design\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced computer skills\u00a0
\n\tStrong communication skills\u00a0
\n\tProject management\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of employment equity legislation\u00a0
\n\tExposure to human capital management system\u00a0<\/p>\n
