The candidate will work closely with Executive Personnel to provide,\u00a0inter alia,\u00a0administrative support and will report directly to the Executive Assistant and indirectly to the Executive Personnel.<\/p>\n
Required qualification:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree.<\/p>\n
Required experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 1 year in a corporate environment reporting to senior management.<\/p>\n
The roles and responsibilities include,\u00a0inter alia:<\/p>\n
\tmanaging diaries and organising meetings and appointments;
\n\tbooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
\n\tassisting with time management;
\n\tliaising with key stakeholders;
\n\treconciliation of expenses; and
\n\tanswer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages.
\n\ttaking meeting minutes and following up to ensure that all actionable items are completed<\/p>\n
