\n\tChampion\u2019s culture of Incident Free Operation by using the 10 Life Saving Behaviours as a core code of conduct
\n\tFinancial Perspective – Manage Opex and Capex forecast and spend within approved budgets
\n\tCustomer Perspective – Ensure production KPI\u2019s are met thorough efficient plant operations to ensure product availability to service customer orders
\n\tInternal Processes – Ensure all agreed Safety and Operational\u00a0 KPI\u2019s and objectives\u00a0 are met. Establish & maintain communications with support functions as HR, IT & Finance.
