You’ll be responsible for executing and scaling a unique fleet model for premium delivery partners, ensuring we provide exceptional, specialized delivery services for our leading partners. This includes overseeing the entire courier lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, to ensure a high-quality fleet.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
\tQuality Control & Compliance: Oversee the entire courier lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, to ensure a high-quality fleet. You’ll also build and run scalable processes to maintain courier quality and compliance.
\n\tStakeholder engagement: Cultivate and manage daily and long-term relationships with key fleet partners to drive mutual success.
\n\tMonitoring: Actively monitoring performance metrics to manage demand and supply and ensure seamless operations.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Need<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 2+ years of professional experience preferably in operations, a startup, eCommerce, B2C apps or retail.
\n\tAnalytical skills: Ability to analyse data and derive conclusions from it. Experience with Google Sheet\/Excel is needed and interest in learning SQL
\n\tStakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tPrior experience with fleets in the retail sector is a plus<\/p>\n
