Analyzing data and identifying gaps. Sales to be driven at customer level by affective scientific detailing and use of marketing material. Effective scheduling and attending appointments and activities with healthcare practitioners (Specialists, GP\u2019s, Allied Healthcare workers &amp; Pharmacies etc.) to influence sales and meet sales targets.<br \/>\n\tImplementing of brand and omnichannel strategies to drive sales and market share growth in territory<\/p>\n<p>Plan &#8211; Pre-call planning on Veeva on a weekly basis<\/p>\n<p>\tTo be done weekly on Veeva and daily prior to the customer call. Review the available data (Impact Rx, Shortfall reports, SSD, Swift, Power BI, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Achieve Call Rate and CPA objectives<\/p>\n<p>\tSee the required number of customers on a daily basis to achieve call rate and at the correct frequency to achieve call plan adherence.<\/p>\n<p>Capture daily calls and activities on Veeva and Synch 2X\/Day<\/p>\n<p>\tSync to be done, or as specified by the business. Final Synch to be done after the last call for each day.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct Doctor or pharmacy activities in line with compliance and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n<p>\tComplete the required number of pharmacy training and Doctor\/pharmacy Meetings as required per business and territory requirements<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\n\u00a0EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n\tA tertiary qualification is required, ideally in the Life Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tA minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in the specialty (detail) pharmaceutical sales environment<br \/>\n\tExperience in the Diabetes therapeutic area is an advantage<br \/>\n\tExisting relationships with key customers in the West Rand geography would be an advantage.<br \/>\n\tNew product launch experience would be an advantage<br \/>\n\tExperience with Veeva CRM systems would be an advantage<\/p>\n<p>SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tTerritory Management<br \/>\n\tClear communication skills; written, verbal and presentation<br \/>\n\tInfluencing and negotiating skills<br \/>\n\tEffective planning, prioritization, organizing and coordinating.<br \/>\n\tAbility to think creatively and out of the box, to effectively solve problems<br \/>\n\tResults driven and self-directed<br \/>\n\tAble to skillfully analyze data, interpret to gain insight and generate a plan of action<br \/>\n\tStrong administrative and time management skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure, independently, and as a part of a team.<br \/>\n\tStrong work ethic and self-driven<br \/>\n\tCan establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders<br \/>\n\tgathers insights to feed back to the business.<\/p>\n<p>COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED<\/p>\n<p>\tThe applicant must be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook &amp; Teams). Experience with Power BI would be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tThe successful candidate must have a valid driver\u2019s licence and be available to travel as per the requirements of the role. They should ideally stay within the territory or the close surrounding area.
