Organisational Facilitation and Training Delivery (70% of role)<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate impactful learning experiences, including workshops, focus groups, team effectiveness sessions, and management training.
\n\tLead the delivery of key organisational programmes such as BE GREAT (Support Function Enablement), Management Development Programme (MDP), and Performance Management training for all people leaders.
\n\tTailor delivery approach to audience needs using a variety of adult learning methodologies, experiential learning tools, and virtual\/in-person techniques.<\/p>\n
Instructional Design and Content Development<\/p>\n
\tLead end-to-end instructional design: from needs analysis through to development, piloting, and refinement of training and development materials.
\n\tDesign scalable, modular content for internal rollouts across multiple functions and levels.<\/p>\n
\tCreate facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and support materials aligned with OD priorities.<\/p>\n
Organisational Development & Team Effectiveness<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate team interventions to improve collaboration, resolve conflict, and strengthen alignment with business goals.
\n\tSupport departments with culture alignment, change enablement, and communication effectiveness.
\n\tSupport the Organisational Effectiveness Specialist in diagnosing organisational needs and implementing appropriate OD solutions.<\/p>\n
Mentorship Programme Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in embedding the mentorship framework across the organisation.
\n\tTrack and monitor mentorship programme participation and effectiveness.
\n\tProvide guidance and support to mentors and mentees to ensure successful programme outcomes.<\/p>\n
WSP\/ATR Compliance and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the development, submission, and tracking of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
\n\tCoordinate data collection and reporting activities related to learning and development initiatives.
\n\tSupport the development of dashboards and leadership reporting where applicable.<\/p>\n
Project Implementation and Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport the execution of organisation-wide development initiatives in line with the People & Culture strategy.
\n\tAssist with vendor onboarding, management, and programme coordination as required.
\n\tManage administrative tasks related to programme scheduling, participant communication, and resource allocation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field (preferred).
\n\tRelevant certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional design, or OD.
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in L&D, OD, or talent management roles.
\n\tProven experience in designing and delivering training, team interventions, and leadership development.<\/p>\n
