\tThis position is designed to provide Surveying graduates with practical workplace experience, professional exposure, and advanced learning opportunities within their chosen field.
\n\tThe role offers hands-on development in specialized areas of surveying, enabling graduates to apply their academic knowledge, gain technical skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the Tailings industry.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMedically fit.
\n\tMust successfully pass client screening, including criminal record checks.
\n\tMust successfully complete client induction processes.
\n\tCurrently unemployed and available for the programme.
\n\tWilling to undergo psychometric assessments as part of the selection process.
\n\tAll qualifications will be verified through background screening.
\n\tMust not have previously participated in a similar graduate programme.
\n\tWilling and able to relocate to any Fraser Alexander site within South Africa.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tBTech or Degree in Surveying.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tNo prior work experience required (graduates and entry-level candidates welcome).<\/p>\n

\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tEffective communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n\tWillingness and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\tPassion for safety management and commitment to safe work practices
\n\tFlexible, reliable, and able to work well in a team<\/p>\n
