Primary purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tReporting to the Automation Group Leader, this position requires the services of an individual to do maintenance installations on hydraulic presses, Industrial robots, CNC Machines, Spot welding guns as well.
\n\tMust be prepared to work shifts (Rotating 3 shift system morning, afternoon, and night).<\/p>\n
Knowledge required:<\/p>\n
\tPLC programming (Siemens S5, S7 & Festo).
\n\tRobotics (Kuka & ABB).
\n\tAC\/DC \u2013 Drives and Servo applications and drives experience.
\n\tSCADA (Win CC, WinCC Flex) \/ HMI (Siemens, EBELT, BTxxx, Suetron) programming.
\n\tSEW Motors.
\n\tProfi Bus.
\n\tProfi Net.
\n\tTIA.
\n\tHanging Spot Guns Step 7.
\n\tRoot cause analysis.<\/p>\n
Skills Required:<\/p>\n
\tAble to read and understand electrical drawings.
\n\tElectrical & PLC fault finding.
\n\tAbility to read and understand Hydraulic\/ Pneumatic drawings.
\n\tAble to work on 3 phase 380 V.<\/p>\n

\t2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience in Automation and Instrumentation.
\n\tOR Qualified Millwright or Electrician with applicable experience.
\n\tT3\/S4 Diploma will be an advantage.
\n\t2- 3 years as a technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics, maintenance\/robotics\/projects).<\/p>\n
