\n\tThe Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support on all aspects of the recruitment process.\u00a0 Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, providing support in the management of the recruitment function both nationally and internationally, whilst ensuring all policies and procedures within the recruitment function are adhered to.<\/p>\n
You Bring:<\/p>\n
\t3 – 5 years solid Recruitment experience
\n\tProven experience in managing staff<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
Business Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment function nationally and internationally.
\n\tImplementation and rollout of innovative recruitment solutions in order to provide a quality service to Hiring Managers, and ensure high calibre candidates are recruited into the business within the required SLA.
\n\tBuild relationships with Line Managers in order to better understand their requirements and priorities from a recruitment perspective.<\/p>\n
Recruitment Processes<\/p>\n
\tRecruit and manage senior-level recruitment from the beginning to the end, whilst ensuring the recruitment policies and processes are adhered to and are ethical and professional at all times.
\n\tThis includes advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating of offers with prospective candidates.
\n\tAssist in ensuring adherence to the recruitment processes within the Talent Acquisition team, as well as within the recruitment function nationally.<\/p>\n
Networking\/Relationship Building<\/p>\n
\tBuild networks to source qualified candidates.
\n\tParticipate in job fairs & career events. Responsible for the coordination, rollout and tracking of various career Expos to attract students and prospective talent from accredited tertiary institutions.
\n\tLiaise with Third party Suppliers to ensure services and offerings received are of high standard.<\/p>\n
Recruitment Platforms and Content<\/p>\n
\tAssist in monitoring the functionality of all platforms and resources in relation to the recruitment function, thereby maximising the effectiveness of the tool.
\n\tEnsure content is reviewed and updated as and when required.
\n\tAssist to implement and monitor tracking of Return on Investment of recruitment platforms and tools.<\/p>\n
Team Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and quality output from all Team Members.
\n\tProvide guidance & support to Team Members when any bottlenecks are faced.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Analysis and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tAssist in providing monthly reports on recruitment metrics, helping to identify trends and seek solutions to improve on areas of concern.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Projects<\/p>\n
\tAttend to ad hoc recruitment tasks and management of projects as and when the need arises.<\/p>\n
