\tEUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Manager (Admin) at Krugersdorp, Gauteng.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves managing and overseeing all administrative functions within EUM to ensure efficient office operations, accurate record keeping, and effective support to both clients and internal teams. The Admin Manager will lead the administrative staff, coordinate processes, and implement systems that drive operational excellence and compliance.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tOversee and manage the daily administrative operations of EUM
\n\tSupervise and guide administrative staff to ensure effective workflow and service delivery
\n\tEnsure accurate record keeping, documentation, and compliance reporting
\n\tLiaise with clients, service providers, and internal teams in a professional manner
\n\tCoordinate schedules, bookings, and logistical arrangements
\n\tManage financial administration including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
\n\tImplement and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to drive efficiency<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
\n\tProven experience in office or administrative management, preferably in financial services or insurance
\n\tStrong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\tProfessionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
\n\tComputer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems<\/p>\n
