\n\tIdentify opportunities to increase sales revenue and to grow the organisational client base while containing costs.
\n\tAssist with retaining or signing unbanked customer base with a view to improve and increase profitability.
\n\tMaximize sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
\n\tMaintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedure, fulfillment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
\n\tMaximise cross-selling opportunities.
\n\tDrive adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base.
\n\tContribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
\n\tContribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources.
\n\tAchieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
\n\tBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships.
\n\tDeliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.<\/p>\n
