\n\tAt least 7 years of teaching experience \/ professional experience.
\n\tEvidence of a publication track record in peer-reviewed journals.
\n\tEvidence of completed postgraduate supervision\u00a0
\n\tGood communication and lecturing skills\u00a0
\n\tA strong passion for teaching and research\u00a0
\n\tRegistrable with ECSA<\/p>\n

Managing and supervising staff, which includes: –<\/p>\n
\tThe allocation of
\n\tLeave management.
\n\tEnhancing staff relations and building a team towards a student-centred department.
\n\tAttending to matters such as study leave, grievances, disputes, training & development.
\n\tAppointment of part-time and replacement staff.\u00a0
\n\tProgramme and project budgeting.\u00a0
\n\tEnhancing Faculty projects, e.g., Postgraduate Recruitment and supervision, Siyaphumelela, FYSE, orientation, and graduation.
\n\tTo provide leadership to the department with respect to teaching & learning, and research.
