Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric with Business Administration qualification or related field
\n\t1+ year relevant experience in a similar filed
\n\tComfortable in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure tolerance
\n\tAbility to work extra time over weekends and afterhours as per operational requirements<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tArrange project related meetings in case of store closure, refurb, rightsizing of store & relocation of store
\n\tProviding administrative support as needed
\n\tCreating and managing WhatsApp groups for each project
\n\tAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
\n\tPost-mortems to be concluded with contractor after each project
\n\tDigitizing of all projects related documents i.e. quotes, invoices, budgets, recons
\n\tEnsure that all checklists for all projects are updated every Friday, inclusive of every aspect expected and related to the project<\/p>\n
