\n\tCapturing\u00a0of\u00a0EFTs
\n\tCapturing profit instructions, debit orders, etc<\/p>\n
Forex Processing<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of Forex orders as placed by customers either telephonically via Customer Services or walk-ins
\n\tObtains all the necessary documentation including FICA to process the deal.
\n\tConfirms appointments and the booking of rates for customers
\n\tProvides client with banking details and amount required for the deal
\n\tProcesses the deal on iMal and GTS
\n\tAttend to all administrative requirements once the deal has been finalized.
\n\tEnsure compliance with regulations and policies and procedures
\n\tEnsures that deals comply with S A Reserve Bank and the Bank\u2019s requirements as per policy and procedure
\n\tIdentifies and reports any suspicious transactions<\/p>\n
Enquiries\u00a0Administration<\/p>\n
\tAssists\u00a0clients\u00a0with\u00a0completion\u00a0of\u00a0deposit\u00a0and\u00a0withdrawal\u00a0slips
\n\tAttends to withdrawals, transfers and early\u00a0withdrawal\u00a0requests\u00a0for\u00a0walk\u00a0in\u00a0clients
\n\tProvides statements and IT3Bs as\u00a0and\u00a0when\u00a0requested\u00a0and\u00a0charges\u00a0client\u00a0accordingly
\n\tObtains relevant\u00a0Fica documents from\u00a0clients and updates on iMal accordingly
\n\tAssists client with updating of personal information
\n\tAttends\u00a0to\u00a0any\u00a0queries\u00a0in\u00a0relation\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u2019s\u00a0products as well as client queries
\n\tExtract Transactional Banking reports and complies report
\n\tIssues replacement debit cards to clients
\n\tRefers clients to respective consultants\u00a0depending on the nature of the client request
\n\tHandles customer complaints and directs to the relevant departments
\n\tManagement of security items
\n\tEnsures the Banking Hall is always neat & presentable
\n\tAssists clients with registering for Mobile App and any related queries
\n\tAssists with any back-office functions on an ad-hoc basis- projects and tasks<\/p>\n
Customer\u00a0Service<\/p>\n
\tParticipates in cross selling of the Banks products at all given opportunities
\n\tProvides an efficient and professional service to clients
\n\tEnsures that clients queries are attended to professionally and timeously
\n\tAttends to queries and requests received via email<\/p>\n
Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsures that all functions are carried out in accordance with the Banks procedures and compliance regulations
\n\tEnsure identification and verification of the client for all transactions<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12
\n\tAppropriate\u00a0Banking\u00a0qualification\u00a0would be an advantage<\/p>\n
PREFERRED\u00a0EXPERIENCE\u00a0<\/p>\n
