\tThe ideal candidate for this position will oversee documentation gathering and administration, handle customer queries, process customer payments, refunds, and credits, and contribute to the management of the homechoice Showroom’s stockroom on a daily basis.
\n\tThe primary goal of all Showroom activities is to enhance and boost sales revenue through the individual efforts of each staff member.<\/p>\n

\n\tProvide in-depth product and process knowledge, ensuring customers receive accurate information and guidance to make informed decisions.
\n\tOversee store visual merchandising\u00a0and maintain excellent housekeeping standards, ensuring the store is aesthetically pleasing, organized, and in line with brand guidelines.
\n\tManage goods returns\u00a0and store administration, ensuring efficient handling of returns while keeping store processes and documentation up to date.
\n\tMonitor catalogue stock management, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and aligned with the latest product offerings.
\n\tPerform daily stock management duties\u00a0to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth store operations.
\n\tManage day-to-day administration\u00a0and reporting, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and operational goals are tracked effectively.
\n\tMaintain general housekeeping standards\u00a0throughout the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for both customers and staff.
\n\tGuide the customer journey, including account opening, order processing, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
\n\tDrive new business activations, focusing on identifying and capturing new opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12\/Matric\/NQFL 3\/ NQFL 4
\n\t1 year + retail stores experience
\n\t1 year + administration experience
\n\tMust\u00a0not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act<\/p>\n
