Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement Risk management policies and procedures.
\n\tConduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential threats to the organization.
\n\tAnalyze financial, operational, and strategic risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
\n\tMonitor and report on risk exposures and effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
\n\tCollaborate with various departments to ensure risk management practices are integrated into all business processes.
\n\tStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
\n\tPrepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
\n\tCoordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Degree\/ Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Environment.
\n\tCertificate in risk and loss prevention
\n\tSAMTRAC qualification preferred
\n\t3-5 years facilities management (preferably within a Manufacturing environment)
\n\tProject management experience\u00a0
\n\tOHASA legislation and processes
\n\tNegotiations on service levels
\n\tSecurity systems and products
\n\tRisk Management and Assessment skills
\n\tPolicy Development and Implementation
\n\tStrong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
\n\tKnowledge of Compliance Regulations
\n\tExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
\n\tAttention to Detail and Organizational skills
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure
\n\tRelevant certification in Risk Management or related field<\/p>\n
