JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe Customer Analytics role will transform customer (audit\/performance) data into actionable insights that drives operational effectiveness, improve Unilever Market share position, and fuel sales growth. This role sits at the intersection of data science and business strategy, partnering closely with Operational sales, Account Managers & CSP to shape data-driven decision-making. Drive change management processes by fostering and encouraging the adoption of data driven tools eg EDDGIE<\/p>\n
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, maintain, and enhance Customer, Category Operational KPI\u2019s to optimize performance.
\n\tReport on the status of Operational (data driven) KPI\u2019s achieved eg TDP, Pricing, OSA
\n\tSuggest\/Support the Build of Simple operational dashboards for progress reporting of these data driven KPI\u2019s (where required)
\n\tConduct analyses to pinpoint operational growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
\n\tTranslate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready presentations with strategic recommendations.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, CSP, NAM & Global support teams) to lead new projects & integrate analytics insights into operational growth plans by customer\/category<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree (pref. Data, Business Science)
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 relevant experience, exposure to customer, supplier or data.
\n\tExperience FMCG trade and data analytics is mandatory
\n\tAttention to detail and rigor and order is essential.<\/p>\n

\n\tClear, concise communication & influencing skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
\n\tCuriosity to dive deep into data and challenge assumptions.

\n\tHigh degree of ownership and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
\n\tClear understanding of Customer operations ie (ordering systems and patterns, data feeds, shelf management programmes, rsp setting and internal operational servicing)
\n\tAbility to build dashboards as required
\n\tTeam orientated, proactive, flexible, confident and must show initiative in work.<\/p>\n
