\tGrade 12
\n\tProven knowledge of computer literacy 1-2 years Clerical experience
\n\tCode 08 driver’s licence<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE\/SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:<\/p>\n
\tCommunication skills are imperative.
\n\tGood interpersonal skills, fluent in Speaking & writing both English and isiZulu.
\n\tWilling to work overtime as and when required. Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tAbility to respond constrictively to work under pressure and the ability to persist with goals despites obstacles and setbacks.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tProvides clerical financial support to the Section in respect to specific finance\/ orders tasks
\n\tProcessing of works orders, verifying signatures, quotations, contract numbers and proforma documentation where necessary.
\n\tMaintains and access records, instructions and correspondence
\n\tReferencing source documentation, reports and\/ or instructions using alphanumeric sequential codes, to facilitate retrieval.
\n\tMaintaining the filling system for safe keeping of accounting documents.
\n\tRetrieving supporting documentation and records to facilitate and support query resolution.<\/p>\n
