\n\t\u00a0Ensure that vehicles assigned to branches comply with company fleet procedures and performance targets.\u00a0
\n\tManage and maintain marketing and sales materials according to established company standards. \u00a0
\n\tInspire sales teams to exceed company sales targets through motivation and support. \u00a0
\n\tFacilitate ongoing recruitment, training, and support for sales team leaders, Field Sales Consultants, and Field Sales Managers to ensure a consistently strong sales force.
\n\tEnsure sales teams operate in compliance with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and TCF principles, prioritizing customer transparency and fairness.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM CRITERIA AND PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Essential: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tRelevant qualification in Marketing and Sales is advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years of sales experience in the insurance sector.\u00a0
\n\tAt least 3 years as a sales Manager, managing a team of Field Sales Mangers\u00a0
\n\tA strong track record of working within the stop order market.
\n\tSkilled in building trust with FSMs and ICs and motivating them to meet targets
\n\t\u00a0A completed FSB Regulatory exam will be an advantage<\/p>\n
