ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo implement and manage a cleaning solution for Clients in accordance with the SLA<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for driving cleaning and hygiene for the Client
\n\tEnsure delivery of efficient service as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
\n\tImplementation of an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and in accordance to Client needs
\n\tConduct daily audits on services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustained
\n\tAssist in the management of projects and provide technical support, where applicable
\n\tIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on services rendered
\n\tExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions
\n\tProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA
\n\tBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally
\n\tManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback
\n\tManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
\n\tResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employees
\n\tImplement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Drivers License
\n\t3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
\n\tFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRP
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management<\/p>\n
