\tTo supervise team and ensure optimal production output as per company requirement<\/p>\n

\tSupervise team members
\n\tCoach team members on new skills to be acquired on the job
\n\tEnsure manpower resources are optimally utilised for the duration of the shift
\n\tConduct disciplinary and grievance enquiries as and when required and in accordance with company procedures
\n\tObtain production requirements from previous shift and plan shift according to load chart and or requirements
\n\tEnsure that shop floor planning achieves optimal set-up time (Press Shop)
\n\tEnsure that critical items get preferential treatment without compromising quality
\n\tEffective shop floor planning<\/p>\n
