This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the broader business unit\u2019s objectives.<br \/>\n\tThe successful candidate will design and implement targeted programmes and initiatives to drive profitable growth across our intermediated channels, including Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), Business Development Consultants, Strategic Partners, and Consult by Momentum.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nExperience and Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>The following experience and qualification will be required:<\/p>\n<p>\tA Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.<br \/>\n\t5 &#8211; 8 years related marketing experience, preferably within financial services, with experience in B2B and\/or non-life insurance marketing.<br \/>\n\tStrong through-the-line marketing experience in partner-driven or intermediated environment, with a creative passion that contributes to business growth.<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 5 years\u2019 management and leadership experience, including oversight of multidisciplinary teams (e.g., agency management, partners\/vendors, and direct reports).<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nResponsibilities and work outputs<\/p>\n<p>Marketing management:<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign, implement, support and drive marketing and brand strategy in the intermediated channel that delivers established business objectives in collaboration with peers and colleagues.<br \/>\n\tDevelop marketing programs for sales growth and revenue enhancement for the intermediated channel<br \/>\n\tDrive development and measurement of marketing metrics that enable effective decision making around revenue growth, market share, market intelligence and profitability in the intermediated channels<br \/>\n\tThrough disciplined project management: engage, monitor, influence and work closely with the marketing value chain to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDrive the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that maximizes the effectiveness of the business development activities.<br \/>\n\tEstablish mechanisms to support the building of relationships with existing and prospective intermediaries, strategic partners and industry bodies.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding and interpretation of market insights and business context to influence marketing strategy and communication plans for the intermediated channel.<br \/>\n\tPartner and interact with vendors to supply marketing supporting concepts.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with sales and distribution, product, marketing and creative teams to drive the appropriate marketing and communication solutions to the intermediated channel.<br \/>\n\tGive input to the marketing standards and guidelines for the function that drives consistency in brand messaging and differentiation in the intermediated channels.<br \/>\n\tReport on performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.<\/p>\n<p>Finance and Budgeting:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage portfolio budgets, balancing the requirements for the portfolio objectives and optimal use of the brand funds for overall Marketing impact.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency continuously.<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.<\/p>\n<p>Culture and people management:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain relationships with the marketing team in Momentum Insure, internal business portfolio teams and the broader Group stakeholders that promotes cross delivery practice solutions.<br \/>\n\tCreate a positive work climate and culture to energise the team, give meaning to work, minimise work disruptions and maximise team productivity.<br \/>\n\tDrive a culture that guides and directs best practice, fostering an environment of continuous
