Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tConduct monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts with the general ledger
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliation records
\n\tCapture supplier invoices, credit, and debit notes on Syspro
\n\tEnsure correct VAT treatment and general ledger allocations
\n\tPrepare and process EFT payments, verifying supplier banking details
\n\tEnsure all payments are properly documented and authorized
\n\tResolve supplier queries promptly and maintain professional communication
\n\tCompile creditor reports, payment schedules, and analyze transport costs
\n\tIdentify and report discrepancies in supplier accounts
\n\tMaintain organized financial records and filing systems
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies
\n\tSupport internal and external audits with accurate documentation
\n\tProvide administrative support to finance and warehouse teams
\n\tPerform ad hoc tasks as required by management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) with Mathematics or Accounting
\n\tA National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
\n\tMinimum 2\u20133 years in a similar Creditors \/ Accounts Payable role
\n\tExperience using\u00a0Syspro\u00a0(essential)
\n\tExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential<\/p>\n
