Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n
\tTo provide quantitative and qualitative assessments of the financial risk for Customers and Business with the aim of identifying and managing portfolio related credit risks.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReview and analyse credit applications to assess risk.
\n\tMake independent credit decisions within SLA timeframes.
\n\tConduct regular credit reviews and approvals.
\n\tInterpret and manage credit bureau and customer financial data.
\n\tMonitor customer database, limits, ratings, and exposure levels.
\n\tSuggest risk mitigation measures for consumer finance products in line with company risk philosophy.
\n\tKeep client portfolios current with annual reviews.
\n\tIdentify transaction-specific risks including credit, taxation, accounting, and legal.
\n\tDocument findings and prepare reports for credit committee review.
\n\tAct as a bridge between risk and business, providing objective assessments with pros and cons.
\n\tSupport projects, track progress, and provide data analysis\/forecasting where required.
\n\tWork retail hours supporting iStores that will include weekends and public holidays.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance or accounting
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in credit risk analysis in retail\/banking or related environment.
\n\tSolid understanding of the credit lifecycle, including reading and interpreting credit bureau records.
\n\tProficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, Risk management and reporting.<\/p>\n
