\tiqbusiness is seeking experienced Project and\/or Programme Management contracting professionals. We require professionals who can lead projects from inception to launch across various industries, including Banking\/Financial Services, Technology, and Mining.
\n\tYou will need to lead and manage projects from idea inception to activation and launch. Make informed decisions considering People, Process, and Technology and manage multiple teams across various projects.<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4 years of solid Project Management experience across industries (Financial Services, Mining, Technology, etc.).
\n\tMust have relevant project experience in Financial Services, with other industry experience being high advantageous. Example of experience in the following areas:
\n\tFinancial Services:\u00a0Payments, card, compliance, Popia, AML, strategic and optimisation projects, etc.
\n\tTechnology:\u00a0Integrations, data, business projects.
\n\tMining and other:\u00a0Business scalability, systems, processes, IT, finance.
\n\t3 or more years\u2019 experience managing multiple teams across multiple projects advantageous
\n\tMust have a strong handle on various project frameworks and methodologies.\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced budget management and stakeholder management skills
\n\tEffective communication skills
\n\tExposure to Agile and alternative delivery methodologies
\n\tExposure to Business and Process Analysis
\n\tHybrid way of work (Client, iqbusiness, Home)<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities and\/or output areas include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
Program Initiation:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify stakeholders
\n\tConsult broadly with clients (executives and delivery teams) and other stakeholders
\n\tAnalyse business value
\n\tIdentify delivery cadences
\n\tProgram planning
\n\tIdentify and plan teams (project and shared resource teams) and teams\u2019 capacity
\n\tPlan procurement
\n\tEstimate costs and determine budget
\n\tIdentify functional and non-function dependencies
\n\tIdentify program risks
\n\tPerform qualitative and qualitative risk analysis
\n\tIdentify program metrics
\n\tDevelop program guidance<\/p>\n
Program Management and Execution:<\/p>\n
\tOrganisation and coordination of teams across the program
\n\tBuild relationships across project teams and shared resource teams
\n\tBuild relationships with key stakeholders
\n\tCommunicate program guidance and establish support team
\n\tPrioritisation and coordination of work
\n\tBalance priorities
\n\tAttend to administration and reporting relating to procurement
\n\tSchedule and manage releases
\n\tNegotiate and manage dependencies
\n\tManage program finances
\n\tMonitor and control risks
\n\tCoordinate and monitor schedules
\n\tMonitor and manage teams\u2019 health and performance
\n\tMonitor and measure projects\u2019 performance
\n\tReport on projects\u2019 performance and overall program metrics<\/p>\n
Program Close-out:<\/p>\n
\tClose program or phase
\n\tEnsure that all relevant documentation and reports have been disseminated
\n\tClose procurement arrangements
\n\tOff-board program team members and complete close-out<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tQualification in Project \/ Program Management
\n\tDegree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science or Engineering would be advantageous
\n\tMust be certified in PRINCE2 Practitioner and\/or PMP
\n\tCertified Scrum Master, Certified in SAFe, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer highly advantageous<\/p>\n
