We\u2019re looking for a\u00a0dynamic, strategic, and people-centered sales leader\u00a0to join us as our\u00a0Regional Sales Manager, Motion Metrics AEMECA.<br \/>\n\tThis role is critical to executing our global strategy at the regional level, bridging sales execution with technical delivery, and ensuring our customers receive seamless, high-value engagement across hardware equipment and subscription-based software solutions.<br \/>\n\tThis is more than a sales leadership role\u2014it\u2019s a chance to shape the future of how we go to market, build lasting customer relationships, and grow our business with purpose.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tSales Leadership &amp; Strategy: Lead the regional sales strategy in alignment with global goals, ensuring clear communication and execution. Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success to drive go-to-market success.<br \/>\n\tRevenue Growth &amp; Sales Execution: Own regional sales targets and pipeline forecasting, with accountability for quarterly and monthly performance. Drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention through strategic planning and negotiation.<br \/>\n\tField Support Oversight: Manage remote field-based hardware experts and ensure seamless coordination between sales and technical delivery. Oversee deployment, troubleshooting, and customer training to maintain high service standards.<br \/>\n\tTeam Development &amp; Performance: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent across sales and field support roles. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, supported by regional KPIs and reporting systems.<br \/>\n\tCustomer Engagement &amp; Market Insight: Build strong executive relationships with key customers and monitor market trends and competitive dynamics.
