Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ NQF 4
\n\t4\u20136 years\u2019 experience in the retail environment, working as a Marketer, Floor Manager, or in a similar role
\n\tProven track record of leading and motivating a team successfully
\n\tAgri-retail experience will be a strong advantage
\n\tA drive to continuously add value by reaching strategic and operational goals
\n\tWillingness to work afterhours when operational needs require
\n\tIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tFull financial management of the business unit
\n\tStock management within VKB Group guidelines
\n\tLead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve great results
\n\tEnsure consistent application of all VKB policies
\n\tDeliver outstanding customer service and handle queries and complaints effectively
\n\tDrive creativity and innovation to exceed targets
\n\tEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation<\/p>\n
