\tDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and operational excellence go hand in hand? We\u2019re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Administrator.
\n\tManage sales and customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, manage returns\/exchanges, and provide accurate product or service information.
\n\tProcess customer orders within SLA cut-off times for invoicing and dispatch.
\n\tInvoice orders on customer portals.
\n\tAllocate orders via the clients Booking Portal.
\n\tCapture waybills and secure Distribution Centre (DC) bookings.
\n\tAct as the 100% liaison between logistics provider\/in-house logistics teams and customers.
\n\tUpdate order statuses across multiple platforms.
\n\tQuery delivery ETAs, resolve discrepancies, and process claims\/credits for delivery or pricing corrections.
\n\tAssist Internal Sales with customer queries (POD submissions, deliveries, returns).
\n\tCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support (advantageous if within a distribution\/logistics environment).
\n\tStrong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
\n\tExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).
\n\tComfortable working with online platforms and portals
\n\tProblem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
\n\tExperience within Distribution\/Warehousing environments is essential<\/p>\n
