DUTIES<\/p>\n<p>Supervisory Duties:<\/p>\n<p>\tLead and support cleaning teams across multiple lounge zones, ensuring daily adherence to allocated rosters and service schedules.<br \/>\n\tCoach, motivate, and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest courtesy.<br \/>\n\tEnforce proper PPE use, grooming, and professional appearance in accordance with Broll and airport regulations.<br \/>\n\tManage shift handovers, provide clear task directives, and resolve minor staff issues timeously.<br \/>\n\tImplement disciplinary actions in line with the approved Disciplinary Policy and Disciplinary Code, escalating serious breaches to the Site Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Operational Oversight:<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct structured walkthroughs during each shift using Supervisor Inspection Checklists (e.g., ablutions, showers, kitchens, reception).<br \/>\n\tOversee quality control in all areas, especially high-traffic and high-sensitivity zones (e.g., showers, bar, snooze rooms).<br \/>\n\tVerify that work is completed as per the Cleaning Lounge Priority Matrix, with specific emphasis on presentation standards and timing.<br \/>\n\tEnsure ablution and shower inspections are carried out consistently, documented, and filed.<br \/>\n\tAssist in resolving operational complaints or incidents raised by passengers or SAA staff.<\/p>\n<p>Inventory Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor, record, and manage daily consumption and breakages of consumables, cutlery, and cleaning agents.<br \/>\n\tFlag stock nearing depletion and initiate monthly requisition plans submitted to the Site Manager.<br \/>\n\tEnsure lounge amenities, including toiletries, towels, and guest supplies, remain above minimum thresholds.<\/p>\n<p>Training &amp; SOP Enforcement:<\/p>\n<p>\tOnboard and orient new cleaners on lounge-specific SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular refresher training sessions on cleaning protocols, guest etiquette, emergency responses, and digital inspection tools.<br \/>\n\tEnforce Broll\u2019s operational procedures, ensuring full compliance with internal audits and client SLA expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>\tSubmit accurate inspection checklists, attendance registers, and incident logs daily.<br \/>\n\tCompile end-of-shift summaries, highlighting issues addressed, unresolved matters, and staff performance.<br \/>\n\tMaintain records in accordance with digital checklist protocols or central data systems (where applicable).<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tLounges are maintained to a premium standard, reflecting daily compliance with the Priority Matrix.<br \/>\n\tSupervisor inspections (e.g., ablution and shower checklists) are completed and submitted without exception.<br \/>\n\tTeam members consistently uphold Broll&#8217;s service, hygiene, and appearance standards.<br \/>\n\tDisciplinary processes are fairly implemented with documented actions and timely escalations.<br \/>\n\tStock is managed proactively, with no interruption to lounge service due to shortages.<br \/>\n\tAccurate reporting, checklists, and shift summaries are filed daily.<br \/>\n\tGuest queries, complaints, and incidents are resolved professionally or escalated appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
