Durban"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tTo establish a strategic partnership with the operation and ensure that people practices are aligned with operational practices to yield optimal performance.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Performs all industrial \/ employee relations activities<\/p>\n<p>\tTo provide advisory in relation to misconduct, operational requirements, incapacities, grievances, and dispute resolution.<br \/>\n\tTo facilitate\/cheer all matters relating to misconduct, incapacity, operational requirements, grievances, and disputes.<br \/>\n\tMitigate and defend Industrial relations risk at the CCMA.<br \/>\n\tActively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements changes within contractual frame works and organisational policies.<br \/>\n\tDriving Employment Equity and ensuring adherence to policies.<br \/>\n\tTo ensure compliance to legal, business and client requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Acts as performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.<br \/>\n\tPromotes performance management and calibration sessions.<br \/>\n\tProposes changes for continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\tIdentifies poor performance and implements measurable change to yield positive outcomes<\/p>\n<p>Building strong business relationships with all stakeholders at organisational level<\/p>\n<p>\tActs as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.<br \/>\n\tProactively supports the delivery of People Processes.<br \/>\n\tWeekly meetings with stakeholders to conduct a needs analysis and provide feedback on People actions.<br \/>\n\tAnalyses client feedback and processes and use this feedback to ensure service enhancements.<br \/>\n\tEngages with management team and pro-actively, responds to queries promptly and ensures that opportunities for improvements are actioned and measured.<br \/>\n\tPerforms a support role for the business by ensuring collaboration and pro-active communication between departments.<br \/>\n\tPresentation of MBR and suggestions about change management<br \/>\n\tTo provide meaningful reporting to facilitate business decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Managing absence and attrition<\/p>\n<p>\tReviewing exit information and driving positive change.<br \/>\n\tPerforming stay interviews.<br \/>\n\tIdentifying proactive measures reduce and mitigate attrition.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate employee ambassador sessions and collaborate with respective departments to yield positive change.<\/p>\n<p>Compiling of impactful reports<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with all stake holders to understand reporting requirements and compiling necessary reports to impact positive change.<\/p>\n<p>Participating in the design and delivering of people and business projects<\/p>\n<p>\tLiaising with the People Projects Partner and other stake holders to timeously contribute to the successful delivery and completion of people and business-related projects.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification<br \/>\n\tHR tertiary qualification or equivalent<br \/>\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Generalist role<br \/>\n\tPrevious experience in a Call Centre\/BPO is essential<br \/>\n\tStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tPeople Management Skills; mentor and drive people development; ensure high levels of employee engagement<br \/>\n\tStrong and adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate<br \/>\n\tActive Listening skills<br \/>\n\tCoaching Skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback<br \/>\n\tPlanning and Organisational Skills; defining performance standards and meeting service levels;<br \/>\n\tmanage resources; good time management<br \/>\n\tGood interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical abilities;
