This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our company.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tProspect for new clients, generate leads, and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets
\n\tDevelop and execute plan to maximize sales opportunities and market share within your designated area
\n\tBuild strong relationships with assigned customers
\n\tFoster long-term partnerships and to ensure a seamless client experience
\n\tCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders like the CRM team to ensure data accuracy data and efficient customer analysis
\n\tPrepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and customer interactions to provide valuable insights
\n\tAssist the collection team to resolve overdue customer accounts, ensuring timely payments
\n\tEnsure KPIs are met (Sales targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
\n\tProvide regular feedback about competitor activities to support strategic decision-making<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business or any other relevant field.
\n\tMinimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry
\n\tProven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives \u2013 Results Oriented
\n\tFluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
\n\tExcellent Communication and Presentation skills
\n\tProficient in working with Global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals that are specific to our commercial organization \u2013 Results Oriented
\n\tStrong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes.<\/p>\n
