\tThe Unilever YES Programme is meant to provide participants with a meaningful work experience, skills development opportunities, and exposure to a professional environment as stepping stone into the world of work.<\/p>\n
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n
\tParticipants will take on support responsibilities across the Research and Development business function. These responsibilities play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the function and offer accelerated and practical work experience.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tSouth African citizen, aged 18 \u2013 34 years
\n\tCurrently unemployed and not studying full-time
\n\tCompleted Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
\n\tShould not have more than 2 years\u2019 work experience
\n\tCommitment to the 12-month programme
\n\tMust not have completed a YES Programme previously
\n\tWillingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
\n\tA strong academic record
\n\tStrong computer literacy
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
\n\tGood time management
\n\tAbility to work in a collaborative team environment
\n\tA positive attitude<\/p>\n
