The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, as well as knowledge of leasing and property management. The Leasing Draughtsman will work closely with our leasing and property management teams to create accurate and detailed drawings for our properties.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>\tCreate detailed drawings and plans for commercial and residential properties, including floor plans, elevations, and site plans<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with leasing and property management teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular site visits to gather measurements and make necessary revisions to drawings.<br \/>\n\tUtilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate regularly with project managers and other team members to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project specifications<br \/>\n\tMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all drawings and revisions.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in project meetings and provide input and suggestions for design improvements.<br \/>\n\tKeep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in drafting technology.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>\t3 years experience of tenant \/ leasing environment<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of Built environment required<br \/>\n\tBasic understanding of MEP structures<\/p>\n<p>SKILLS:<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience with tenant support documentation<br \/>\n\tExperience with Autodesk Revit Software<br \/>\n\tExperience with Laser Scanning data advantage<br \/>\n\tGood time management skill<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"SKG Properties","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Envision your business in any of our prime located properties.
