\tProcess orders accurately and timeously & manage the manual delivery note process.
\n\tLiaise with the warehouse continuously to ensure the speedy release of parts.
\n\tOrder the diagnostic hardware and software.
\n\tCoordinate the inter-dealer parts supply.
\n\tScrutinise the backorder listing daily and search for and coordinate alternative solutions.
\n\tFollow up with suppliers on emergency orders.
\n\tExpedite and bring forward supplier orders.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tRelevant Bachelor’s Degree.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tProficient in Microsoft Office Products.
\n\tAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tAnalytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
\n\tWork well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
\n\tProblem Solving Skills.
\n\tWork independently though being a team player.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in the same\/similar role – 5 years.<\/p>\n
