Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Sales Administrator to support our ICT sales team and ensure seamless operations across the sales cycle. This role is critical in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and coordinating between technical, sales, and support teams.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProcess customer orders for hardware, software, and ICT services using the company\u2019s ERP\/CRM system.
\n\tPrepare and issue quotations for ICT products, licensing, and service contracts.
\n\tLiaise with vendors and distributors to confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times.
\n\tCoordinate with technical teams to schedule installations, support calls, and service delivery.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of customer configurations, licensing details, and renewal dates.
\n\tHandle customer queries related to product specs, compatibility, warranties, and support.
\n\tMonitor stock levels of ICT equipment and software licenses; assist with procurement planning.
\n\tGenerate sales reports with insights into product performance, renewals, and customer trends.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate
\n\t2\u20133 years of experience in ICT sales support or administration.
\n\tFamiliarity with ICT products\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\u00a0
\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication.
\n\tCustomer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.<\/p>\n
Preferred Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tExperience working with ICT vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell, or Fortinet.
\n\tUnderstanding of ICT sales cycles, licensing models, and service-level agreements.
\n\tAbility to interpret technical product specs and communicate them clearly to customers.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy in managing product codes, serial numbers, and configurations.<\/p>\n
