\tTo lead the execution and delivery of forensic investigations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value-added service to clients. The Forensic Manager plays a strategic role in managing projects, leading teams, developing client relationships, and supporting the division\u2019s growth through business development, innovation, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tLead the planning and execution of forensic fieldwork and engagements.
\n\tSupervise and provide on-the-job training to junior and mid-level staff.
\n\tEnsure high-quality, accurate, and timely draft reports.
\n\tIdentify risks, red flags, and relevant evidence throughout the investigation.
\n\tAct as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders during engagements.
\n\tDeliver insightful, value-added recommendations based on forensic findings.
\n\tOversee full project lifecycle \u2014 from scoping to close-out \u2014 ensuring administration, budgeting, and timelines are effectively managed.
\n\tEnsure optimal resource allocation and staff utilization.
\n\tBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
\n\tPromote innovation, quality standards, and continuous improvement within the team.<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust be a registered CA (SA)
\n\tBCom in Forensic Accounting \/ BCom Accounting \/ BCom Law\u00a0
\n\tCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CA(SA), LLB) is advantageous\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4\u20135 years in forensic investigations, including work in both the public and private sector\u00a0
\n\tExperience in fraud risk management, probity audits, and compliance reviews\u00a0
\n\tExposure to the full investigation cycle \u2014 from scoping and execution to reporting and court preparation\u00a0
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant forensic software\/tools<\/p>\n
