consistently while working on a performance based salary system then you might be the next OUTie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tCold Calling, Convert Incoming lead\/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets.<br \/>\n\tInteract with customers to offer guidance, point out Pet products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions.<br \/>\n\tYou will be required to talk (telephonically) to potential OUTsurance clients and get them interested in signing up by informing them of the benefits that our Pet product holds while adhering to the quality measures in place.<br \/>\n\tMaintain in-depth Pet product knowledge in order to supply customers with the best, accurate information<br \/>\n\tUtilize persuasion techniques when necessary to close sales<br \/>\n\tHandle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner<br \/>\n\tWork towards achieving individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tCandidate must be fit and proper, as this is a FAIS role<br \/>\n\tFlexible to work shifts up to 6pm on weekdays and work weekends (specific hours will be discussed)<br \/>\n\tPublic holidays shifts are included<br \/>\n\tPrepared to work on a Performance Based Remuneration System<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrevious experience dealing with clients in a sales capacity<br \/>\n\tExposure to sales and\/or client care is essential for both system knowledge and in dealing with clients<\/p>\n<p>Attitudes and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tSales oriented<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail\/quality orientated<br \/>\n\tDeadline and results orientated<br time<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrinciples of sales<br \/>\n\tThe workings of a call centre<br \/>\n\tProduct\/Systems knowledge and\/or potential to acquire such knowledge in a short space of
