Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tProvide HR support services to Central Support staff
\n\tMaintain accurate HR records (Mfiles, SuccessFactors, SAP) and managing HR data integrity
\n\tEnsure the recruitment of suitably qualified employees
\n\tAssist HRBP in ensuring a harmonious working relationship is maintained
\n\tPrepare relevant HR reports
\n\tEnsure an effective implementation of all Company policies and procedures
\n\tExecute assigned HR projects to improve HR service delivery
\n\tAssist in the introduction of new HR processes and systems
\n\tEstablish and maintain professional Human Resources administration
\n\tAssist with day to day operations of the HR Department
\n\tMaintain visible contact with clients by attending relevant meetings
\n\tKnowledge and application of HR legislations (LRA, BCEA, EEA), systems and procedures
\n\tWorking knowledge of Industrial Relations is preferred
\n\tStrong analytical and problem solving skills
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and detail orientation
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively
\n\tBe deadline driven
\n\tStrong planning and organising skills
\n\tLiaison with external stakeholders
\n\tOutstanding knowledge of Microsoft packages<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
\n\tValid South African drivers license
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience or in a similar role
\n\tEmployee Relations experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
\n\tProficiency in SAP is essential<\/p>\n
