\n\tSynthesize and present qualified deals to the Healthcare Deal Forum, providing clear analysis and rationale to support investment decisions.<\/p>\n
Deal Execution and Transaction Management<\/p>\n
\tLead Deal Teams: Serve as the daytoday leader on live transactions.
\n\tFinancial Modeling: Demonstratable ability to create detailed, sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment returns and capital structures.
\n\tDue Diligence: Plan and manage all aspects of due diligence (commercial, financial, legal, operational, technical) coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
\n\tDeal Structuring: Develop and recommend investment theses and deal structures.
\n\tInvestment Committee: Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda and formal presentations to the Investment Committee.
\n\tCoordinate with legal and financial advisors to finalize deal documentation and ensure smooth closing.<\/p>\n
Portfolio Management<\/p>\n
\tMonitor financial and operational performance of the real estate portfolio against business plans.
\n\tManage the valuation of the portfolio.<\/p>\n
Governance<\/p>\n
\tManage Fund related meetings in accordance with CoSec annual calendar for:
\n\tHealthcare Board
\n\tHealthcare Audit & Risk

Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 15 years\u2019 experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or in the REIT Sector
\n\tAt least 5 years of senior management level experience<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBCom degree in Finance area and or MBA<\/p>\n
