In This Role, You Will:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tInstall, service, and upgrade equipment according to detailed instructions and work orders.\u00a0
\n\tPerform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure consistent and reliable equipment performance.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date service records to monitor equipment performance and identify recurring issues.\u00a0
\n\tWork independently to resolve daily technical maintenance issues related to processing machinery or tools.\u00a0
\n\tFollow defined processes and work methods, with supervision provided when necessary.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
What You Bring:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).\u00a0
\n\t1\u20133 years of experience in equipment maintenance, servicing, or technical support roles.\u00a0
\n\tStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\u00a0
\n\tAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.\u00a0
\n\tWillingness to travel nationally or internationally when required. \u00a0
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.\u00a0
\n\tBasic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.\u00a0
\n\tCode EB driver\u2019s license (required).\u00a0
\n\tCode C1 driver\u2019s license and forklift license (advantageous).\u00a0
\n\tFluent English communication skills<\/p>\n
