We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our senior leadership team. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and management across the business, ensuring robust decision-making and sustainable growth. Success in this role means delivering accurate financial insights, building strong collaborative relationships with business leaders, and embedding financial stewardship into day-to-day operations.

\tLead financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic and operational decision-making.

\n\tDefine and implement charging models for service provision and consumption-based costs (e.g., cloud services).
\n\tAnalyse and forecast revenue streams, ensuring accurate visibility of top-line performance across products, services, and geographies.

\n\tPartner with sales, product, and commercial teams to align financial planning with revenue-generating activities and market opportunities.

\n\tAlign budgeting, forecasting, and accounting practices with organisational objectives.
\n\tPrepare and present insightful financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
\n\tIncorporate scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment into budgets and forecasts.
\n\tProvide proactive financial risk management and mitigation strategies.
\n\tMonitor business unit financial performance against KPIs, offering insights and recommendations.
\n\tDrive adoption of financial practices that support iterative and agile ways of working.
\n\tCollaborate with stakeholders across functions to support cost management, optimisation, and decision-making.<\/p>\n

What you will bring:
\nQualifications and Certifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
\n\tProfessional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or CPA (preferred).
\n\t10+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Planning and Analysis
\n\tStrong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in FP&A leadership roles within complex organisations<\/p>\n

Business Intelligence & Data Visualisation<\/p>\n
\tOversee BI and financial analysis activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
\n\tTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective dashboards, reports, and presentations.
\n\tApply knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) to support decision-making and performance tracking.
\n\tChampion data-driven storytelling, ensuring insights are communicated in a way that influences senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\tCoach and develop team members, including financial and BI analysts, to build strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
