\tAs the\u00a0Group People Technology Manager, you\u2019ll lead the global people technology strategy, overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimisation of systems and tools across the employee lifecycle.
\n\tYou\u2019ll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, enhancing user experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the People Function.
\n\tYou\u2019ll be the technical expert and strategic partner, ensuring our systems are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with business needs. From managing legacy systems to implementing AI-driven solutions, you\u2019ll help us build a seamless, efficient, and future-ready people technology landscape.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Technology Strategy & Delivery<\/p>\n
\tLead the development and execution of a global people technology roadmap.
\n\tAct as the technical expert across all HR systems, supporting escalations and representing technology needs in planning forums.
\n\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to assess needs and implement innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
User Experience & Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tDrive system integration and automation to improve employee experience and data flow.
\n\tLead enhancements and tooling initiatives to support global process execution.
\n\tChampion the adoption of new platforms and technologies.<\/p>\n
Data Governance & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEstablish governance standards and ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
\n\tSupport training and change management initiatives across the People Function.
\n\tStay ahead of emerging trends and advise leadership on opportunities for innovation.<\/p>\n
Operational Systems Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee bespoke and legacy systems in operational environments.
\n\tManage Time & Attendance systems and ensure integration with payroll.
\n\tCoordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations.<\/p>\n
AI & Automation<\/p>\n
\tLead the implementation of AI-driven HR solutions to enhance efficiency and experience.
\n\tIdentify and automate key HR processes, ensuring scalability and compliance.
\n\tMonitor performance and recommend enhancements based on data insights.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field is required.
\n\t5\u20137 years of experience in HR systems, with at least 3\u20135 years working directly with SuccessFactors.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrable experience in a People (HR) function or similar role.
\n\tProven expertise in HR systems, data management, and digital transformation.
\n\tExperience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and Copilot is highly desirable.
\n\tExperience with SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office is desirable.
\n\tStrong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
\n\tAgile mindset with a customer-focused approach.<\/p>\n
