Main Purpose of The Role:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for Managing the Operation and staff. Ensuring that all SLA\u2019s are met.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMust have minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in operations supervisory or management role.
\n\tAbility to ensure a smooth and efficient running of day-to-day Operations.
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of Key performance indicators and preparing reports on Operational performance.
\n\tAbility to identify area for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce cost and enhance productivity.
\n\tFlexibility in terms of job functions due to changing workflow, pattern and shifts.
\n\tAbility to lead the team, motivate and guide them towards common goals.
\n\tAbility to communicate with the Team, both verbally and written to effectively interact with staff, clients and management.
\n\tProblem solving skills
\n\tMinimum of 7 years of employment history required
\n\tPCI Requirement: proof of residence older than 7 years
\n\tIR experience<\/p>\n

\tTo ensure the operational, administration and General effectiveness of the branch
\n\tDaily weekly, and Monthly reporting
\n\tTo meet all customer SLA\u2019s and deadlines
\n\tTo handle cost control on a regularly\/daily basis
\n\tTo align and initiate discipline and control staff in accordance with the companies Policies and procedures
\n\tTo resolve customer queries
\n\tTo be able to identify problems regarding workflow and systems
\n\tTo Lead and promote staff motivation
\n\tTo Manage productivity and performance of staff and departments<\/p>\n
