JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n
\tThe Policy Administration Clerk will ensure that all signed policy documents are received, captured and accurately filled in the system.
\n\tThe role will handle enquiries relating to outstanding policy documents.
\n\tThe role will further be responsible for the registration and noting of cessions on policies. In addition, the role will assist with validating and processing of policies.<\/p>\n
DUTIES<\/p>\n
\tCollection of signed policy documents from intermediaries.
\n\tHandling enquiries and manage discrepancies relating to signed policy documents.
\n\tCapture receival of signed policy documents onto Guidewire.
\n\tCapture and process amendments on policies on the system.\u00a0
\n\tVerification of policies and relevant documents.
\n\tDistribute policy documents
\n\tProvide training and support to Policy Clerks
\n\tSupport Agri personnel and intermediaries.
\n\tHandling, registration and noting of cessions
\n\tManaging the Support and Distribution E-mails
\n\tCreate Policies on Acceptance for Testing
\n\tAdditions of farm numbers
\n\tAddress incomplete\/no signature policy information.
\n\tManage all policy systems and general office administrative duties.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tHigher Certificate
\n\tIdeally, a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
\n\t1- 2 years\u2019 experience in dealing with Insurance Policies would be advantageous.
\n\tExperience in an insurance environment is recommended.<\/p>\n
