Takes full accountability to develop the operating model (people, process, system) to the level where service can be delivered effectively and economically.<\/p>\n<p>MAIN OUTPUTS<br \/>\nFinance:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure strategies, mechanisms and guidelines are developed that would govern the development &amp; maintenance of short, medium and long term capex budgets for the associated contracts<br \/>\n\tDevelop FM operational budget (short &amp; medium term) and ensure compliance thereto<\/p>\n<p>Customer:<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with different customer groups on a senior level to determine the associated business plan &amp; requirements<br \/>\n\tInterpret customer business plan into FM requirements and ensure customer satisfaction to at least agreed levels<br \/>\n\tDetermine the impact of their requirements on existing SLA&#8217;s and applicable agreements<\/p>\n<p>Operations:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure strategies, mechanisms and guidelines are developed to understand the general business environment the customer operates in<br \/>\n\tDevise communication &amp; change management strategies to ensure implementation of culture and strategies<br \/>\n\tDefine key performance areas &amp; ensure the development of KPI&#8217;s and contract compliance activities<br \/>\n\tEngage with service providers in developing their service delivery strategies<br \/>\n\tDefine the broad contract requirements &amp; principles for supplier contracts (together with Supply Chain)<br \/>\n\tEnsure service strategies, mechanisms and guidelines are developed to ensure service delivery to the required quality and safety standards as well as in an environmental responsible manner.<\/p>\n<p>Growth &amp; Development:<\/p>\n<p>\tDetermine the appropriate &amp; desired strategy &amp; culture required to meet the customer requirements<br \/>\n\tDevise strategies to educate customer on the customer specific contract<\/p>\n<p>Governance:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure strategies, mechanisms &amp; guidelines exist to identify the applicable statutory guidelines and compliance<br \/>\n\tEnsure required customer policies are identified and developed<br \/>\n\tAdherence to Integrated Management System (IMS)<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/p>\n<p>The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tDegree or B-Tech in Engineering \/ FM Qualification \/ Management degree (EDP, MBA or MBL advantageous)<br \/>\n\tGovernment Certificate of Compliance (GCC) is a requirement\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)<br \/>\n\tValid SA Drivers\u2019 License<br \/>\n\t15yrs relevant working experience, 8yrs Engineering experience. 8yrs Senior Management experience.
